1957 – Filming began on Elvis Presley’s second movie, “Loving You.”

1965 – Production began on the film Elvis Presley film “Fun in Acupulco” with soundtrack recording.

1997 – Col. Tom Parker died from complications from a stroke. He was the promoter that guided Elvis Presley to stardom.
